Future original Shaft project to contain magical girls *edit*

Still not a music review lol.
In case you missed my previous post about this, the basic rundown is that Shaft/Shinbo will be creating an original anime with the assistance of Gen Urobuchi of Nitroplus fame and Ume Aoki of Hidamari Sketch fame. A couple more tidbits of information have been released since then, which can be found after the jump.
This poster was put up somewhere in Japan a few days ago with a silhouette of one of the characters. Due to the outline of the character, those familiar with anime designs could tell from the extraneous amount of ornate ribbons everywhere, this original anime would either be about magical girls or idols. The former won out.
The title of Shaft’s upcoming anime will be Puella Magi Madoka Magica, which is loosely translated to Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika, which is loosely translated to be Magical Girl Madoka Magika. The titular character is assumed to be the silhouette on the poster, however that assumption may be wrong (we’re talking Shaft here after all). Shaft has had some experience in magical girl shows, seeing as how Shinbo directed the first season of Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha, and Shinbo at Shaft directed Negima?! and those few clips from Zetsubou Sensei.
The interesting thing is that some months back while TV Tokyo’s Anime no Chikara project was still going on, there was a rumor that popped up on 2ch that the fourth iteration of Anime no Chikara after Occult Academy would be a magical girl anime by Shaft. At the time, the rumor was briefly talked about with some interest, but was eventually discarded like most rumors of that type are. Cut forward to the present and here we are with Shaft making an original magical girl anime. The Anime no Chikara bit was false, but the general intention of it being an original project was factual. Does Shaft maybe have some of their staff leaking information on 2ch? I actually wouldn’t put it past those guys, since such a rumor wouldn’t exactly be taken to heart even if it was true.
Either way, a Shaft magical girl show by Phantom of the Redundant Title’s writer will have to end up being interesting in some shape or form.

Yuki Kajiura (Tsubasa, .hack//, Kara no Kyoukai) is to be in charge of the music and Takahiro Kishida (Durarara!!, Serial Experiments Lain) will be adapting Ume Aoki’s character designs into animation.
What is with this ridiculously awesome production lineup? Shaft making magical girls is one thing, and someone from Nitroplus handling the writing is another. But Yuki Kajiura too? This will definitely be an anime worth checking out.

If AI is screwed if Boeing doesn't deliver this fuel efficient aircraft, then I guess they have a very strong case for cosianmetpon for not having that aircraft sooner. I think Boeing will have to pay up, $37million seems accurate and if they don't deliver the bill will be even higher.
